Bfast - special K veggie flatbread sandwich; coffee with milk

Lunch - udon noodles in broth with battered shrimp

Dinner - chicken pita sandwich with tzatziki and fries

2 glasses of white wine

Bfast - plain oatmeal with honey; coffee with milk

Lunch - Garbanzos chicken plate

Snacks - red hots :)

Dinner - corner bakery California chicken sandwich, sprite

Workout - 4k training!
